Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic contract employee to join our team and assist in our customer service and operational processes. As a Customer Service and Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop essential skills in communication, process improvement, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming customer phone calls (average 5-10 calls per day) and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Operations Support:
- Coordinate end-to-end service and order management, including service fulfillment, job scheduling, and order processing.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure efficient and timely service scheduling and delivery.
- Assist project engineers in scheduling installations and ensuring timely project completion.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service Operations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- Familiar with CRM.
- Strong written, verbal, communication and quantitative skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Additional Asian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work well with other departments within the organization.
- Enthusiastic about process improvement and willing to learn.
