Supervisor:
At least 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry/project site work
· Required language(s): Simple English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors),
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Prefer Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate holder
· Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude
Working Hours: 8 am to 9 pm
Job Description:
· Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation
and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
· To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
· To report the progress and quality of the overall project
· Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
· Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule
