- To establish and develop close working relationship with business partners, distributors and online partners.
- To develop their sales efficiency and maximize the sales.
- Forecasting, pricing, inventory management and partner management ability.
- Hold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners.
- Working closely with Head of Sales on sales activity and be part of Leica Camera events.
- Provide input to the Channel Marketing activities and in-store programs.
- Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
- Understand the market and business on a deep level, spending time in doors and sharing insights to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
