Our Client specializes in power solutions, offering EPC services, engineering, and power generation support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) work on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications, within the allocated budget, and on schedule.
- Create and review M&E designs and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors and consultants to address and resolve technical issues related to M&E installations.
- Conduct site inspections to track work progress and quality, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including updates on progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and submit shop drawings, coordinate Revit BIM, and prepare as-built and construction drawings.
- Maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Work with the procurement team to source and obtain necessary M&E materials and equipment.
- Assist with the commissioning and handover process of completed M&E systems to clients.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit development.
