- Salary: $ 3,500 - $ 4,500 with AWS + VB + PB

- Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job Responsibilities:
In depth technical support (L2 support) who have experience and knowledge to assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by tier 1.
- Jira projects creation, configuration, access, and settings administration
- Jira/Confluence user access administration
- User groups creation and maintenance
- Permissions management.
- Issues type management.
- Custom fields management
- Screen management
- Workflow management
- Dashboard creation and configuration
- Notification configuration
- Train users on how to use Jira/Confluence
- Confluence space creation
- Creation and maintenance of Confluence pages
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma / Degree in any Science / Engineering discipline
- At least 1 year of experience as a Jira/Confluence admin
- Well versed with Jira automation
- Well versed with Jira Query Language (JQL)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Monitor system performance and capacity, and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve issues
