Job Description:
- PMO Process & Tool: Accountable for the development, review and approval of PMO processes and tools that will be used within the program. Communicate / conduct training on the PMO process & tools to the project team.
- Project Management Process: Enable and support the onshore and offshore delivery teams with the day-to-day program/project management processes.
- Demand & Resource Management: Responsible for assessing demand & resource management, raise the resource demand in HR Tool as per the project resource plan.
- Responsible for onboarding & offboarding resources.
- Change Control Process: Responsible for the operationalize of the change control process.
- Program / Project Logistics: Own the facility / space plan and its enablement to support the Program team.
