Job Description
- To deliver developmental-appropriate programme to infants aged 2 months to 18 months old, according to HQ Curriculum Framework
- To prepare age-appropriate teaching-aids
- To create and set up a safe, pleasant, conducive and engaging environment
- To evaluate and document infant’s progress development and address individual infant’s developmental needs
- To foster good working relationship with infants, parents and colleagues
- To build trust and engage in meaningful communication with parents
- To work closely with Centre Manager on daily operational matters
- To adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
- To deliver all other duties assigned by Centre Manager/Principal
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development with Early Years Development Framework (CITC+EYDF) or its equivalent
- Passion, creative and inspiring with positive energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Prior experience in an infant care setting is preferred
- Applicable to Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents
- Female Working Environment
