- Analysis Quotation comparison and Preparation tenfer submission
- Ensures effective cost control of projects and that all purchases are within budgets
- Taking off and check measurement
- Preparation of tender submissions as required
- Updating repository for historical data after tender submission
- Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor, Reporting and Control Budget
- Provides effective support to Project Team and establishing good working relationship with Project Managers, Clients, contractors and sub-contractors
- Performs other duties as assigned.
