Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans,including scope,budget,and timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors,and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Create and manage project budgets,tracking expenses and cost control.
- Evaluate change orders and variations,ensuring financial viability.
- Review electrical engineering designs,specifications, and drawings.
- Collaborate with design consultants and contractors on technical aspects.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues,and address unforeseen challenges.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and promote best practices.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and productivity.
Job requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years working experiences in project management within the built environment specifically in electrical work installation projects.
- Proficiency with CAD software and MS office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Possess good leadership qualities.
- Preferably with driving licence and possess own car.
