Job Description
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Set up and install Surveillance equipment and systems.
- Knowledge in network system security.
- Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/ IT Engineering.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products
