Main Responsibilities:
- Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract top talent using various methods.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- No Prior Experience is Required as on the job training will be provided.
- Candidate with experience in an agency recruitment role, preferably in a 360-recruitment consultant role with proven record is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in internal recruiting will be considered as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
