Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Country Manager for Singapore. This role is vital in upholding our brand, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our operations align with our core values of ethics and integrity. You will oversee all aspects of our business in Singapore, including growth strategy, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
Leadership
- Collaborate with global divisions and functions to align local operations with overall company strategy.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring adherence to sound financial practices and the achievement of revenue and operating margin targets.
- Manage sales performance and ensure discipline in the use of company systems.
Growth
- Drive business development by winning and delivering work that aligns with our financial goals and strategies.
- Execute Business Unit strategies, considering market needs, service offerings, and M&A opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and client insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement local marketing plans in line with global frameworks, ensuring content is relevant to Singapore.
Compliance
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including health, safety, and ethical guidelines.

Person Specification

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
