Job Responsibilities:
You are responsible for one or two categories of HIOKI products:
- To plan new products or product upgrades
- To manage projects for new product development
- To manage the entire product lifecycle
Your goal will be to ensure timely launches, achieve first-year sales and profitability targets, and maintain sales and profitability throughout the product's lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Product Manager with strong skills and experience in electrical measurement for semiconductor development and manufacutring.
- Minimum qualification of Bachleor degree in technical, analystical or related fields.
- Requires 7 + years of total experience, preferably in test instrument product management.
- Experience in driving long-term strategy and business outcome ownership for key initiatives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a clear product vision, align it with business goals, and create strategies for achieving them.
- Market Understanding: Strong comprehension of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to make informed product decisions.
- Product Development Knowledge: Understanding of product lifecycle, development processes, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication to align cross-functional teams, articulate the product vision, and collaborate effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, metrics, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Leadership and Influence: Capacity to lead without direct authority, motivate teams, and drive them toward a shared vision.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the product.
