Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Executive
- Working Location: Clementi
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri: 8.45 am - 6 pm, Sat: 7.45 am - 12 pm – Alternate Saturdays)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse staff.
- Handle employee attendance and rostering.
- Oversee training and onsite HR matters.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
- Availability to work weekends and/or public holidays on a rotational basis.
