Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through both inbound and outbound efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and following through the entire sales process. If you are a proactive hunter with a passion for clean energy and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a mix of inbound leads while actively sourcing new leads through cold calling, networking, door knocking, and referrals.


- Conduct consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs, provide detailed information about solar options, and develop customized proposals.


- Diligently track and manage all customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities on CRM platform.


- Effectively manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups, deal progression, and accurate forecasting.


- Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project handover and customer satisfaction.

- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in solar or a related industry (B2C experience a plus).

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.

- Self-motivated and driven, with a willingness to take initiative and hunt for new business.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Knowledge of solar energy systems, residential electricity, or home improvement is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
