Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement improvement process to streamline internal operations and enhance production efficiency to achieve cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various production teams to minimize manufacturing errors, reduce waste, and prevent product defects, thereby improving overall product quality.
- Design and oversee operation mechanisms to ensure optimal production efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Generate innovative solutions to improve process capability, increase throughput, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Define parameters and lead the digitalization of productivity data, with a focus on integrating IoT between equipment and dashboards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Lead and contribute to various ad-hoc projects, offering technical expertise to support cross-functional teams.
- Proactively monitor, identify, design and refinement of Standard Operating Procedure and improvement in processes.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, Precision, etc.), Computer Science, or other relevant discipline is required.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong academic performance are welcome to apply and will be considered for a Management Trainee role.
- Proficiency in statistical software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with production control, quality management systems, data analysis, and statistical process control is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Must demonstrate a “willingness and curiosity to learn,” as training will be provided.
