Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise between system developer and business users to understand business functions, processes and gather users’ requirements
- Evaluate output requirements and formats
- Identify and recommend technological solutions to improve business processes
- Analyze the feasibility and develop requirements for new systems and existing systems enhancement
- Ensure system design fits the users’ needs
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity and resolving issues
- Write a user manual guide and conduct training for users
- Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
- Review, analyse and create detailed documentation on systems and users’ requirements
- Maintain and organise soft copy archival
- Prepare road map for projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Keen eye for detail, meticulous and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle is an added advantage
