Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and general document preparation.
- Support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and set up interviews with candidates and clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding recruitment needs and updates.
Marketing Assistance:
- Contribute to marketing projects, including creating content and conducting market research.
- Help with online and offline marketing initiatives aimed at business growth.
Project Involvement:
- Participate in confidential projects, both local and overseas (remote support only).
- Collaborate on some projects while managing others independently, based on the project requirements.
Learning and Development:
- Shadow the founder across multiple roles, including entrepreneurship, recruitment, coaching, and business operations.
- Gain exposure to both Singapore-based and international projects.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma, undergraduate, or degree holder (business or any field).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Personal Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, able to connect the dots and work independently when needed.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office and commit to a minimum of 3 months.
