Global Transformation Training Partner

SBFI are about to undertake a large global transformation (FUSION). The vision and purpose are to fuel growth by simplifying and uniting common processes, data & technology helping to increase efficiency and scalability, as One Suntory. This includes the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, Centralising Master Data Management, and development of new operating models or evolving existing ones where needed.

You are an important part of this and here’s how you can help us win as SBFI Transformation Training Partner:

  • Prepare a global training strategy & plan, and support Regional and local teams to execute that consistently.
  • Provide both strategic thinking but also hands-on execution as part of the Fusion Change Management team.
  • Own Training Needs Analysis and end-to-end execution of the training at a global scale (working closely with Regional and Market teams and our IBM partner with overall accountability for the plan).
  • Ensure that as we go live with our various phases and implementations the teams are ready to adopt the new system, processes, and ways of working. This will be a joint effort between training, comms and regional transformation and change leads.
  • Bring learning and development expertise to ensure we have an end-to-end plan that is well executed (comms to build awareness, participants identified and invites sent, highly effective training materials created, robust Train the Trainer rollout, effective measurement of KPI's and ROI, and standard best practice regarding documentation, versioning, accessibility etc).
  • Contribute to a new way of working for our teams that will enable us to be more effective and efficient as an organisation, and meet the future ambitions of SBFI.

How you add value?

  • Training Strategy & PlanBuild a global training strategy and plan linked to overall Project Fusion Change Management timelines and key project milestones – and build awareness and desire around this.
    Set clear targets and KPIs with measurable ROI.
    Work closely with Digital Core team on technical training requirements but also capture other changes from Change Impact Assessment as inputs into Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
    Incorporate Gemba insights from different Regions to ensure we meet their needs in a meaningful way.
  • Training ContentIBM will create the technical content with our Digital Core team but you as the Training Partner will need to develop effective Gemba focused scenarios that require the audience to apply their knowledge and demonstrate understanding and competence.
    You need to ensure accurate branding and templates used consistently across all training materials; partner with Markets on translations, etc.
    To maximise relevance and effectiveness of training material, leverage digital to ensure content is easily updateable.
    Relevant guides to be produced if needed to update technical solutions (e.g. shorter User Guides).
  • Training ExecutionPartner with representatives from across the organisation, including CM Leads, GPOs, Functional SMEs, P&C teams to align and monitor the delivery of training solutions.
    Ensure trainings are scheduled for all key audiences at the right time from Senior Leaders to all impacted end users across all functions (even if some of those sessions are managed by others).
    Build a training community (or leverage existing communities) among P&C and Functional SMEs to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Training MeasurementCollect feedback from participants and ensure we have consistent training measures (think: reaction, learning, behaviour and results).
    Track all sessions and build improvements based on feedback.
    Ultimately ensuring all the actions contribute towards change readiness around speed of adoption, utilisation, and proficiency.
    Collaborate closely with Regional Change Management Leads to ensure we share regular updates and take joint actions.

  • Experience to develop and drive training programmes for transformation projects
  • Collaboration and relationship management with various stakeholders
  • Project and change management experience
  • Future oriented and Gemba focused approach to ensure experiences are meaningful
  • Completer-finisher mindset
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Cultural sensitivity and international experience a plus
  • Experience to develop and drive technical training programs covering multiple countries and functions
  • Experience in running training programs for hard technical skills for end users at a multi-country scale
