Responsibilities:
- Handle all recruitment and selection processes, career fairs, employee relations, and HR projects.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with TAFEP guidelines and support equal employment opportunities.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to build talent pipelines.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and records.
- Assist in various HR operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, ideally within an MNC, with the capacity to handle high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR regulations and labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees across all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently.
- Able to manage a heavy workload with a hands-on approach.
- Maintains high levels of integrity when dealing with confidential information.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
