- To achieve the sales target set by management
- Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction (Aluminium & Glass)industry
- Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from the construction market and potential clients for growth
- Evaluate and submit an analysis of the potential of a new customer
- Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
- Ensure there is constant communication with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product-making and strategy development
- Provide solutions on a case-to-case basis to customer
- Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer
