- Position Title: Operations Manager / Store Manager (Korean BBQ)
- Working Location: Orchard
- Working Hours: 6 days (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor all aspects of the dining experience, from seating and table service to food preparation in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with chefs to update recipes, menu items, and presentations based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor guest feedback, address complaints promptly, and work to consistently improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain optimal stock levels for food ingredients, beverages, and other consumables.
- Manage and oversee the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Has around 5 years of experience in restaurant management, prior work experience in Korean BBQ concepts is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
