Job Description
- General administrative work, including data entry, filing, prepare cheque requisition.
- Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
- Arrange and requisite pantry refreshments, stationary, office items, etc.
- Arrange and register courses for staff and workers.
- Updating staff and workers records,
- Arrange dormitory check in and check out for workers.
- Prepare master list for Drawings, Documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.
- Submission of documents, drawings, letter and creating transmittal.
- Maintain proper organisation of filing system, storage of documents and information.
- Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal and external parties.
- With or without experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details
- Min 1-2years of relevant working experience
- Candidate with Document controller experience in a project managment environemnt is a plus
- Proactive, responsive and attentive to project requirement
- Location (Site base)
