Job Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates through various channels.

- Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment metrics, and sales activities for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the business development team as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should be aspiring and hungry individuals who desire to produce exemplary performance with the highest standards of ethics, reliability, independence, and productivity. Other requirements include:
- Singaporeans / Permanent Residents only.
- Minimally full certificate in GCE'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
- Undergrads are welcomed.
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication and cultivating positive relationships is a fundamental requirement.
- Demonstrating genuine enthusiasm and a strong interest in investment and financial concepts is highly valued.
- Prior knowledge in banking or the financial sector is advantageous.
- Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Recommended Minimum Age of 21 Years Old. Based on MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory requirement.
