Introduction:
We are looking for a dedicated person to join the team in providing the best-in-class HR services to GF employees in the APAC region. You will be tasked to perform transactions for a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws.
Your Job:
- Manage work pass new applications, renewals, cancellations and documentation support relating to in-country immigration and MOM requirements, including but not limited to dependent pass application, 6ME, medical reports and billing, MOM GIRO bill payment and MOM levy claims.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support including (but not limited to) preparation, communication and update documents in the system for contract workers for extensions, terminations, contract resignations, long service awards, etc.
- Provide 1st level support and advice to employees for all in-country immigration and work pass matters.
- Support and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and global or regional HR projects as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with all company and statutory processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and familiar with myMOM portal.
- Preferably with prior working experience using Workday system.
- Preferably with prior working experience in a HR Shared Services function in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Meticulous and good team player.
- Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities.
