Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Operations Intern to support the Assistant Manager, Digital Technology Operations. The intern will be responsible for managing service requests, responding to inquiries, and assisting with project coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of operations. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital operations, service management, and cross-functional project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Request Management & Email Response:Manage and resolve support requests from participants via Freshdesk and other communication platforms.
Ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately, providing updates to the team as needed.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team members for further action. - Project Coordination Support:Assist the Assistant Manager in coordinating digital technology projects, including tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation, helping to ensure successful execution of tasks and objectives. - HCDT Assessment Process Support:Support the verification of HCDT registrations in workshops, distributing workshop links, and verifying participant eligibility.
Track attendance and monitor assessment completion, ensuring that participants meet program requirements. - Data Management Support:Collect and analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Develop and maintain databases and data systems to streamline data collection and analysis processes. - Presentation:Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
Review and edit presentation content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the intended message.
Design and create visually appealing and professional presentation decks using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar software. - Any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications:
