Job Title: Logistics Admin
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory stock status (batches, quantities, release status) using the EPICOR system.
- Prepare and process Delivery Orders in EPICOR, ensuring accurate batch and quantity selection.
- Collaborate with the planner to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Coordinate shipment pick and pack operations to meet deadlines.
- Arrange shipment bookings with freight forwarders, ensuring proper labelling and documentation.
- Maintain and file Air Waybills (AWBs) and other relevant shipping documents.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), and experienced with EPICOR or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, effectively interacting with internal teams and external partners (customers, freight forwarders, etc.).
