Job Description
- Position: Assistant Process Engineer (Waste Water Management)
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency and Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Objectives including the environmental aspects and impacts, Safety risk assessment, etc.
- Ensure the effectiveness of Quality & Environment Management System across the department and compliance with the legal & regulation.
- Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment.
- Support implementing environmental management operations and activities such as Control of chemicals, energy, water and waste. Improve the capacity of production and cost-down projects.
- To review and enhance the safety aspect of the production and inspection area.
- Report any quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety to the relevant internal authority.
- To liaise with customers regarding production issues/ projects.
- To establish & review periodically the work instructions, process parameters standards (PMP) and FMEA.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineer or Material Science.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in electroplating or semiconductor industry.
- Independent and self-driven individual.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
