Position Overview:
Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing customized solutions that address their unique digital marketing needs. This position is essential for fostering strong relationships and ensuring performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts to retain and grow the portfolio, achieving annual renewal revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Attend client campaign briefings.
- Understand clients' businesses to recommend effective digital marketing solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill campaign requirements.
- Identify and propose initiatives to enhance campaign performance.
- Generate performance reports for client campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current trends and technical tools.
- Prior experience in an agency setting with a focus on client management is strongly preferred.
- Google Ads Certified will be an added advantage.
