Job Description:
- Salary and Overtime Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and overtime payments.
- Leave Management: Record and monitor employee leave to maintain an organized and efficient system.
- Work Permit Administration: Manage the application and renewal processes for work permits.
- Health Compliance: Submit biannual medical examination results for foreign workers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address Updates: Keep residential addresses of foreign workers current in MOM records.
- Employee Welfare: Oversee uniforms, safety shoes, and locker provisions to promote a safe and comfortable work environment.
- Personnel Data Management: Update and maintain accurate personnel records to support HR functions.
- Work Pass Renewal: Administer the renewal of work passes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Insurance Claims Administration: Manage insurance-related claims for employees.
- Attendance Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance to support payroll and reporting.
Requirements
- With 1 -2 years working experience as a work pass processing and Administration Experience
- ITE/Diploma and above
Additional information:
- Working Day / Time: Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)
- Salary up to: $3200
- Transport Allowance of $90/ Per months
- Located in Pandan Crescent
