Our client, a new start up company in Singapore currently looking for Office Manager/Administrator to join the team asap.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing contracts and managing contract renewals (e.g., office insurance, medical insurance etc.)
- Support office maintenance in terms of administration and coordination with building management/landlord
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements for the management
- Handle office administrative duties and any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator/Manager or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Immediate candidate/within short period will be an advantage
