Job Description
- Ensure smooth operation of existing systems and implement change requests.
- Liaise with teams, contractors, and third parties during project activities.
- Monitor compliance with standards, policies, and directives.
- Conduct IT system compliance activities and support audits.
- Manage documentation and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee Vulnerability Assessments and address identified issues.
- Provide project status reports and manage obsolete system components.
Incident Management
- Resolve system support issues and respond to incidents per SLAs.
- Lead investigations and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Perform defect trend analysis and ensure timely closure of incidents.
Change Request Management
- Propose initiatives for compliance and cybersecurity improvements.
- Gather requirements, oversee change implementation, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage acceptance testing and keep stakeholders informed of project matters.
Contract Management
- Manage contract milestones and coordinate with contractors.
- Plan purchases and seek necessary approvals.
Preferences
- IT audit experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ICT policies is advantageous.
Principal Engineer: Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
Senior Engineer: Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
