Job Description
- To assist in operational support matters
- To assist in Marketing, business development, Banquet & Function Sales, and related matters
- To assist in sending out function orders timely before the date of the Event/Function
- To assist in coordinating details of events with the Clubhouse Manager, Operations Manager & DY Operations Manager, such as Union Functions & Corporate Events, etc
- To ensure that the Events are well organized and the demands from the clients/unions are met
- To build and maintain good working relationships with external partners and leverage these relationships to deliver memorable events
- To meet deadlines and budgets as set by management.
- To prepare & analyze detailed event reports, including sales data worksheets, cost projections, and other financial metrics
- To assist Jackpot & Clubhouse operations whenever necessary as assigned by Clubhouse Manager, Operations Manager & DY Operations Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar capacity
- Results-orientated with good planning, organizing, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiar with Clubhouse operations and the F&B industry at an executive level
- Able to understand financials for the Clubhouse business
- Possess leadership qualities and good people management skills
- Possess strong IT skills
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
