Our company is currently seeking a Financial Officer with 4-5 years of experiences in the finance industry. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and system. Oversee cash flow management, tax planning and compliance.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.
- Work closely with other departments to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Handle the banking operations and relationships for the company's Singapore branch.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor automotive industry trends and assess their financial impact on the business.
- Knowledge of accounting software and SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in the finance industry
- Minimum Degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. The candidate must be able to speak Mandarin for communication with stakeholders and teams in China.
