Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide sales support to the sales team for creation of sales orders, delivery orders and update the stocks levels that require attention.
· Prepare & Submit Weekly/Daily Inventory Report & Forecast
· Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Maintain updated records of sales/purchased product, delivery information and invoices
· Manage and checking sales staffs’ travel Report, After-trip Report & Expenses Claim
· Checking & record the submission of marketing requests and claim
· Provide Sales Team with operational and administrative support
· Handle office equipment/building/occupancy maintenance contract / license renewal
· Providing ad-hoc general administrative/hr support when assigned


Requirements:
· Able to multitask.
· Good organizing and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
· Able to speak and write “HuaYu”
· Singaporean/PR only
