About The Role
- Covering the full recruitment cycle (180 or 360) from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
- Providing professional recruitment services to candidates
- Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
- Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team
- Attractive compensation package: salary+commission+bonus+reward
Our ideal candidate has :
- With 2+ years of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, be passionate about the recruitment industry
- With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment business in a certain professional field, industry, or region
- Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
- Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
- MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must
