Job Description

  • Support the Manager in the Revenue Section.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of fees and charges.
  • Perform monthly rental reconciliations and generate monthly utility reports.
  • Verify the reasonableness of utility consumption prior to billing runs.
  • Carry out month-end closing activities, preparing relevant journals for revenue recognition in line with policies.
  • Liaise with external customers and internal staff on operational matters as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in reconciliation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in the SAP System is a plus.
