Job Description
- Support the Manager in the Revenue Section.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of fees and charges.
- Perform monthly rental reconciliations and generate monthly utility reports.
- Verify the reasonableness of utility consumption prior to billing runs.
- Carry out month-end closing activities, preparing relevant journals for revenue recognition in line with policies.
- Liaise with external customers and internal staff on operational matters as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in reconciliation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Proficiency in the SAP System is a plus.
