Location: Pioneer
Duration: 6 months contract
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial & administrative support.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Assist with the submission of reimbursement claims, overseas travel requests, and the collation of supporting documents to ensure such requests are processed duly and timely.
- Making travel reservations, including booking of air tickets, accommodation, conference rooms, facilities
- Preparation of various documents and correspondences i.e. letters, email, reports, meeting minutes etc.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Admin/Secretarial/Management/Business or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administration/secretarial work
- Proficient in MS Office applications
