Admin Assistant (Contract Department)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation, filing, maintaining and updating of enquiry from client such as NDA, EOI, acknowledgement form, questionnaire, registration, tender packages, etc.
  • Screening, filing, maintaining and updating of submitted quotation
  • Filing, maintaining and updating of work order, pre-qualification survey, evaluation form and ASPL (Approval Service Provider List)
  • Screening of contract (during tendering and award phase)
  • Filing, maintaining and updating of contract document
  • Maintain and update corporate information such as brochures, track record, etc.
  • Keying data in the BQ
  • Dedicated and responsible employee and Positive working attitude
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Higher Nitec/ Diploma holder
  • 2-4 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
  • Good working attitude
  • Good organizational skills, multi-tasker and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful
