Job Descriptions
• Responsible for the effective completion of Architectural Works within agreed time, cost, quality and safety
- Planning of architectural work schedules in alignment to approved master construction program
- Monitoring subcontractors’ works progress in achieving the agreed work schedules and/ work phases
- Coordinating architectural works with other trades’ works to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work
- Ensuring architectural finishing works satisfies the Client’s quality expectations and Authorities’ requirements
- Participating and inculcate subcontractors in performing safety, health and environmental aspects on site
• Coordination with Architect/ Consultants for technical/ shop-drawings submissions including Authorities’ Approval and materials’ approvals
• Submission of Works Method Statements for approval and arranging of trade demonstration
• Leading the Works for Mock-up Units (Sample Units) and to bring to completion within the agreed timeframe/ work phase
• Planning and monitoring of architectural materials/ special products requires longer procurement lead times
• Reviewing contract specifications and drawings and raise technical clarification for any discrepancy
• Resolve architectural detailing/ technical issues on site during the architectural work progression phases
• Preparations and coordination on QM/ CONQUAS Assessments
• Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations including As-built drawing submissions
Job Requirements
• Possess a Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Architectural and/ related discipline
• Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, competent and self-motivated with strong teamwork spirit
• Good technical & communication skills to interact with people at all levels on site
• Lead subcontractors in achieving smooth progress with higher quality standards and minimal defects
• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably with CONQUAS experience
• Completed QM project and a registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage
