Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to help achieve business results
- Responsible for conceptualising, implementing, and managing the yearly marketing strategy/ campaigns based on the company objectives.
- Lead strategy and management of brand social media postings, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels as necessary.
- Create marketing toolkits alongside marketing team to cover marketing profiles, digital best practices, design, compilation of analysis for promotional success, and strategic partnerships
- Responsible for marketing current and new programmes and meeting the enrolment target.
- Manage marketing budget, setting clear ROI for each marketing activity, to ensure we meet the business objective for the year and beyond
- Lead the execution of marketing programs/ campaign/ promotion from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Train local branch staff and franchisee on digital marketing and audit digital expenditure
- Corporate website management (uploading/editing content, troubleshooting)
- Lead in marketing analysis, strategy, and tactics formulation.
- Compile timely and accurate reporting to facilitate key decision making and planning.
- Gather market feedback and intelligence from industry to assist the team in strategic planning and product development.
- Identify and assist with coordination of promotional events throughout and offer guidance and assistance to franchisees
- Support Franchisees on new or current product launching/ marketing campaign, ensuring Franchisees understand and know how to communicate to parents on new programs/ marketing campaign.
- Ensure Franchisees marketing collaterals are according to Eye Level’s brand and design guideline.
- Support franchisees with the knowledge to enhance the reputation and image of the company and to maintain good public relations with the franchisees.
- Plan, coordinate and organize company activities and conferences for franchisees or students to recognize their efforts and enhance their knowledge in managing their centers more efficient and effectively.
- Participate in any outreach activities/events.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related Business field. Diploma holder with working experience may also apply.
- Proficient with different digital marketing channels (organic and paid) such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Proficient with Google Adwords, and Google SEO
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and dialects is an added advantage.
- Good presentation skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- High energy and positive can-do attitude
- Some travelling required (Local)
- Have a valid Singapore driver’s license (Preferred)
- Able to work independently, meet datelines, under pressure and a team player.
