Position Overview:

The HR Executive (Operations) will handle HR-related activities across operations, focusing on compliance, employee management, and adapting to evolving HR needs. This role requires high discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex situations efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, leave processing, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, and other sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters, including payroll, benefits, and compliance issues.
  • Provide support in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance-related discussions.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.

HR Projects & Process Improvement:

  • Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.
  • Contribute to digitalizing and automating HR processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Adaptability & Discretion:

  • Respond swiftly to changing scenarios and demonstrate flexibility in handling unexpected HR challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital HR tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
