Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer (ID7029)
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am-6pm
Salary: $4500
As a key member of the IT team, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing infrastructure systems across both local and overseas sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure infrastructure systems (Active Directory, data centers, telephony, video conferencing, etc.) and network devices (firewall, VPN, wireless, etc.).
• Ensure automatic system backups, implement disaster recovery plans, monitor resource usage, and apply patches as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as admin and user guides.
• Provide technical support to local and international branches, ensuring LAN/WAN security.
• Source products, solutions, and vendors for project needs.
• Offer L1/L2 support and contribute as a team lead or member in various IT projects.
Requirements:
• Singaporean/ PR only.
• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science, or a CCNA certification.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with overseas stakeholders.
• At least 1 year of experience in enterprise networking (WAN/LAN, VPN).
• Proficient in managing Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall setup.
• Familiarity with Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless controllers.
• Strong understanding of CyberRisk, CyberSecurity, and PDPA.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, UNIX/Linux, API/Web programming, and database management is a plus.
