All HR & Admin personnels have a shared responsibility to support the business in overall management of HR services, Project Administration & General Administration.


HR Policies, Technology & Analytics

  • Taskhub- Synergix (Blue Collar)
  • Infotech (White Collar)
  • All medical networks (PCP, Raffles, Healthway Medical, MHC etc)


HR & Admin -Focused Areas

  • Reception , Meet & Greet Visitors, Call transfer, Courier Svc coordination
  • Daily Mails collection, stamping and distribution
  • Maintaining all Conference Rooms setup and bookings
  • Support in Events Management, Parties
  • Support in Inventory management (Stationery, pantry items, general sundries)
  • Support in upkeeping of HR related files, document archive
  • Support in employees Onboarding & Repatriation procedures
  • Support in compilation of monthly reports
  • Safety walk round and coordination
  • Other general HR & Admin duties as assigned

· Vehicle Management (Inspection, Renewals, Road Tax, Repairs)

· Technical Library

· Pantry & Conference Room

· Events Management

· General Safety, First Aid
