- Daily Mails collection, stamping and distribution
- Maintaining all Conference Rooms setup and bookings
- Support in Events Management, Parties
- Support in Inventory management (Stationery, pantry items, general sundries)
- Support in upkeeping of HR related files, document archive
- Support in employees Onboarding & Repatriation procedures
- Support in compilation of monthly reports
- Safety walk round and coordination
