Production Leader
Job Description:
• Daily/weekly production planning and output setting.
• Training new teammates in the safe operation of machinery and equipment, adhering to standard procedures, and completing documentation.
• Ensuring the quality of raw materials in each production department and employing a first-in, first-out method to minimize waste.
• Scheduling manpower to ensure cleanliness in the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Adhering to food safety standards, ISO 22000, 5S, maintaining high-quality food and hygiene standards.
• Minimizing waste and spoilage of raw materials and other food items.
• Supervising the stocking process of food, packaging, incoming raw materials, and product distribution.
• Inspecting and ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation such as production records, operational checklists, and receiving forms.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a food production or central kitchen environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liase with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in inventory management, equipment operation, and troubleshooting for kitchen machinery.
• Possess excellent communicate and management skills.
• Decisive and critical thinker with strong leadership skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
