Job Responsibilities:
- The role function provides administrative support to the HR Department.
- The incumbent will help to coordinate the day-to-day operations.
- Provide full support of HR functions including office administration work and any other HR activities.
- Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
- Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Maintain and update employee training records.
- Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
- Maintain the contact point with the employees from different sites
- Backup for all other HR/admin support function
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as a HR generalist or recruiter (Recruitment, Payroll, Work Passes).
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Prior recruitment or payroll experience is very advantageous.
- Experience with WPOL/EPOL systems.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment & adaptable to changes.
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
