Duties
- Issue of quotation
- Liaise with vendor for quotation
- Prepare and submission of tenders
- Attend to site show round
- Attend to meeting with client
- Provide good customer service standards and build rapport with all clients
- Preparation of sales proposal
- Follow up on all potential prospects and existing client
- Updating of customer information in the database
- Assist with job assignment to relevant team for follow up and tracking.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate and timely job completion.
- Assist with creating sales reports and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft applications such as word, excel, powerpoint
- Able to work independently with a good working attitude, willing to learn
- Attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
