We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Regional Public Relations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful stories across the region for our clients.
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of leading multi-market campaigns and working closely with diverse regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement PR strategies that align with business objectives and are customized for each regional market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders across the region. Ensure consistent coverage across all markets.
- Lead the development of PR content, including press releases, pitches, and storytelling materials tailored for different regional markets.
- Oversee regional PR projects, ensuring timely execution, efficient allocation of resources, and alignment with regional and global goals.
- Act as the point of contact for managing regional PR crises, offering strategic guidance and support to local teams.
- Lead and coordinate regional PR events
- Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and media landscapes within the region.
- Work closely with marketing, branding, and digital teams to ensure PR strategies are integrated across channels and aligned with broader marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze media coverage, preparing detailed reports for regional and global leadership on PR performance, KPIs, and ROI.
- Contribute to new business pitches, particularly in strategy development and regional market analysis.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in public relations, with proven experience in managing regional markets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-cultural teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with experience drafting communications for diverse regional audiences.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt PR strategies to different markets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region for meetings, events, and on-site project management.
