Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring accuracy and efficient resolution of discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports, including customer sales, collection forecasts, cash flow projections, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget-to-actual performance analysis.
  • Deliver detailed monthly management reports for the Group and its entities, providing valuable financial insights.
  • Supervise cash flow management and collections to ensure smooth financial operations and liquidity.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax computations, handle tax filings, and ensure audited accounts meet regulatory standards.
  • Address corporate and GST tax inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, tax agents, and auditors to support audits and compliance efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures while meeting deadlines for account submissions.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly board packs and annual reports for the Group.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • ACCA certification, a degree in Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong knowledge in Accounting, Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to auditing.
  • Capable of handling tight deadlines and maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and a track record of effective teamwork
