Role Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as full-time Mail Room Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, and maintaining an organized mailroom. This is a key support role, contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Process outgoing mail and packages, including preparing shipping labels and ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Track and document incoming and outgoing packages using relevant software systems.
  • Maintain an organized and clean mailroom, ensuring supplies such as envelopes, labels, and packing materials are stocked.
  • Liaise with delivery personnel and coordinate with other departments for special deliveries or urgent mail handling.
  • Assist with basic clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing, as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
  • Report any mailroom equipment malfunctions and ensure timely repairs or maintenance.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures related to mail handling.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and mail tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
